Jim Sillett is the owner of Sillettco Fence. He has almost a decade of experience in the fence industry and 16 years in the construction field. Jim is a hard worker and is always thinking of new ways to improve his techniques. You will see he has his work trucks equipped like no other fence truck. It is not uncommon to see Jim at a sales appointment either. He plays a hand in all aspects of his company.
Jaime Sillett is our Sales manager. She is in charge of all sales appointments and making sure estimates are sent out on time. Jaime has years of experience in sales. “getting to meet new people is the best part of my job” says Jaime . You will find that she has an outgoing personality and is just a delight to be around. It is not uncommon to see Jaime out in the field in her work boots.
Fuller Ashton is our Crew Chief. He has almost 17 years in the construction field. His specialty trade was framing. With Fuller, Sillettco Fence is confident to say “we will excel with any custom job”. You won’t see Fuller out at many sales appointments, he is usually back at the shop getting ready for his next project. He has a very outgoing personality and is always up for any new challenges.
Kimberly Wolf is our Office Manager. Kimberly got her accounting degree from LCCC. She is going back to school to further her education in Business Management. Kim is a great asset to Sillettco Fence. She keeps everyone in line and paperwork up to date. Kimberly is also very outgoing and fun to be around. Although you won’t see her in the field or on sales appointments she does her share of hard work in the office.
Erik Ritter is one of our part time installers. He helps with unloading the trucks when they come in. If an extra hand is needed Erik usually jumps in. He has been with Sillettco Fence for just one year.
